Côte Weddings

Details
The initial consultation and discussions with Côte
Weddings are complimentary.
Each
client is provided with a Wedding Questionnaire, to complete and return by
e-mail. This helps to provide Cote Weddings with a clear idea as to the individual aspirations of
a client for their special day.
Once
a client requests specific proposals and costings, with details of venues,
priests, florists, musicians, hairdressers, etc.,Côte Weddings asks the client to pay a non-refundable
Consultancy Deposit of 750€. (This is a commitment on behalf of the client, and
it safeguards the valuable contact information provided by Côte Weddings, which could otherwise be used
independently by the client to make their own arrangements).
This
Consultancy Deposit is deducted from the final Wedding Planning Fee, once the
client decides proceed with the planning services of Côte Weddings.
The
client is provided with a signed preliminary Wedding Planning Contract, at the
same time that the Consultancy Deposit is requested.
Once
a costed Wedding Proposal has been accepted by a client, Côte Weddings provides them with a Final Wedding Planning
Contract, which clearly lays out every aspect of the services that are to be
put into place for the client by Côte Weddings, both leading up to the Wedding Day, and on the day
itself.
PAYMENT DETAILS
On
signature of the Final Wedding Planning Contract, 30% of the total costs quoted to the client are payable. (This is
a non-refundable payment, in the event of cancellation by the client, and Côte
Weddings strongly
recommends that all their clients take out the appropriate Insurance Policy to
cover such an eventuality).
The
remaining balance of the total costs (minus the Consultancy Deposit already paid, is
payable 1 month prior to the Wedding date.
